3 Age Limit and Identity Verification

• If false age verification information is provided during registration, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
• If we learn that a minor is using an account, that account will be closed immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, total balance ৳2,200 — and the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

In the joya9 official weekly reload festival, a 30% bonus on any deposit is available once per week, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 18 times and the minimum deposit is ৳500.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies to a specific account only once, unless stated otherwise in the terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain game categories.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.4 Cashback and VIP Rewards

VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier. Cashback is calculated as a set percentage of the total net loss for the week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

joya9 official offers slots, live casino, cricket, football, and other sports betting. Specific rules apply to each category.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• joya9 official reserves the right to void any round where an abnormal outcome occurs due to a technical error.
• joya9 official is not liable for losses caused by software or communication failures.
• The use of automation, bots, or any other manipulation tools in any game is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Official results are used to determine bet outcomes. In the event of any dispute, the relevant authority will verify the correct source and make a decision.
• If a match is abandoned midway, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Placing bets on the same side in a single event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. A bet will stand at the odds that were in effect at the time the bet was successfully placed.

7 VIP and Rewards Program

joya9 official's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier is determined based on member activity.

• The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier: up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and 1.0% for Diamond.
• VIP tier advancement depends on a member's consistent activity.
• A member's VIP tier may be reviewed if they are inactive for an extended period.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be used on another account.

joya9 official reserves the right to change the VIP program's terms, benefits, or tier structure with prior notice.

8 Safety and Security

joya9 official uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect members' personal and financial information.

8.1 Fraud Prevention

Any form of fraud, money laundering, or deceptive activity is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

8.2 Response to Suspicious Activity

• If bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or account cloning is detected, the relevant account will be cancelled.
• joya9 official has the right to hold the associated funds during an investigation.
• Any winnings obtained through fraud will be forfeited.

10 Account Suspension and Cancellation

joya9 official reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If registration was completed using a false identity or fabricated information.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent behaviour is proven.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (24 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

Before an account is cancelled, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance; however, if a breach of terms is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may contact our support team. Any active bets will be settled before the account is closed.

11 Responsible Gaming Commitment
