joya9 official VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits Program for Regular Players
joya9 official's VIP program is designed for players who play regularly and stay with the site long-term. Enjoy weekly cashback and exclusive benefits across five tiers, from Bronze all the way up to Diamond.
Five VIP Tiers and Their Weekly Cashback Rates
joya9 official VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — the higher the tier you reach, the greater the cashback percentage you receive on your net weekly losses. Below are the name and cashback rate for each tier.
Bronze
Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses
Silver
Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses
Gold
Up to 0.6% cashback on weekly net losses
Platinum
Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses
Diamond
Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses
How Weekly Cashback Works
Weekly cashback means your total losses and total winnings over the week are subtracted from each other (net loss), and that figure is multiplied by your current VIP tier rate. The resulting amount is credited to your account the following week.
Say in a given week your total losses were ৳25,000 and your winnings were ৳5,000 — your net loss is ৳20,000. If you are at the Gold tier (0.6%), your cashback would be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
This cashback is not a large bonus — it is essentially a small reward for regular players, paid out automatically every week.
Calculation Example
Gold member, weekly net loss ৳20,000
৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback
(This is the cashback received at the maximum rate for that tier.)
How to Move Up a Tier
joya9 official VIP program has no fixed deposit limit or turnover threshold that automatically triggers a promotion. Instead, your tier is determined based on your overall activity and consistency.
Players who regularly spend time across various games — such as slot games or joya9 official Casino's live table games — and remain active on the site will naturally see their tier progress. A prolonged period of inactivity may result in a review of your current tier.
Starting from Bronze, it is possible to gradually reach Silver, Gold, Platinum, and finally the highest tier, Diamond. At each step, the cashback rate increases and more benefits become available.
Additional Benefits VIP Members Receive
Beyond cashback, participants in the joya9 official VIP program receive certain exclusive opportunities that are not available on a standard account.
Priority Access to Special Promotions
When new offers and limited promotions go live, VIP members are notified first and can claim them ahead of others.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
The higher your VIP tier, the faster your withdrawal requests are reviewed — typically within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Priority Support
VIP members' questions and issues are handled with priority via live chat and email. Support is available in both Bengali and English.
Exclusive Events and Tournaments
Special tournaments and leaderboard events are organised for members of specific VIP tiers.
Higher Bonus Offers
VIP members may receive additional benefits on other promotions, including special birthday gifts and referral rewards.
Secure and Verified Account
Account verification is mandatory to participate in the VIP program, which keeps your account more secure.
A Natural Reward for Regular Play
joya9 official VIP program is built so that regular players benefit naturally over time. For those who consistently spend time on cricket betting, slots, or live casino, this program is a long-term reward system.
For example, if someone regularly bets on cricket markets and also plays slots from time to time, their VIP tier is determined by their overall combined activity. There is no requirement to focus on any single category.
Reaching the Diamond tier is not just about higher cashback — it reflects your long-term relationship with the site.
Play Responsibly — Don't Let Cashback Become an Incentive to Overspend
You do not need to play more in order to receive VIP cashback — and it should never be used as a reason to play more. Cashback is a reward based on your normal play; there is no point in taking extra risks to earn it.
joya9 official believes that entertainment and responsibility go hand in hand. Set a fixed budget, stay within it, and take breaks when needed. You can learn more about responsible gaming advice and how to set limits.
For any questions about cashback or the VIP program, support is available 24/7 via live chat or email in both Bengali and English.
